This post will be updated regularly as I gather the changes, please check back. You will find Enhancement Shaman changes that are tied to the Mists of Pandaria Beta Phase.

With 1 day delay Blizzard published the 64-bit windows and apple client today. The installation is quite easy – in fact it seemed almost too easy, but it works perfectly fine.
By using this new client you can expect improved performance in various ways. My PC seems to load faster, WoW seems to have stopped stuttering in raid encounters (with lots of combat parsing) and it seems the load is slightly lower.
The launch of Patch 4.3 is imminent, meaning it is a good time to look at the changes that are coming for us. A few weeks back I already wrote about this subject and not many things have changed, I suggest you take a look here first.
A few weeks ago Blizzard asked – class specific – which kind of changes players would like to see. For us Enhancement Shamans many posts were about Searing Flame, target swapping, AoE, underperforming vs ranged classes and the like. This raised high expectations. Now that 4.3 hit the PTR we can have a first look at what is new.
The recent lack of news postings isn’t due to slacking. There is simply not much to say about the state of Enhancement Shamans these days. During PTR already I posted about the Fire Nova changes, which are so awkward to use, and no other changes affect us, yet.
As you have noticed the past weeks there were some lack of updates. However I made good use of my spare time as you can see! The previous Theme was pretty nice, but due to all the stuff that was listed it was an Information overkill and the right posts were hard to find. In the next days I plan to improve that a lot. I’ll remove and overhaul pages and navigation.
Borked has hit Level 20 past week end, meaning we were able to get Heirloom Helms now. If you remember, to screw twink chars over – oops … to balance enchants for lower level characters, Blizzard reworked all enchants and added minimum levels during Wrath of the Lich King. This was done to prevent too strong enchants on lower level characters. But which are the best enchants you can use on your BoA Gear?
Blizzard announced a few days ago that they wanted to decrease the amount of gold that certain raid bosses would drop. This made me head to PTR and check out how bad the situation has become. Unfortunately Doomwalker/Kazzak weren’t up, but I was able to kill Magtheridon. Since he drops the same amount of Gold as Kazzak/Doomwalker on live realms you can conclude that their gold is in the same range.
